Must be able to manage and monitor deadlines and take responsibility for cases under direction of attorney.
Job duties include:
Collecting and organizing client data Drafting letters and basic pleadings Organizing client documentation and maintaining physical and electronic records Frequent client contact via email/phone to assist in processing cases Additional duties include:
scheduling appointments; generating invoices; printing, scanning and preparing documents; and other ad hoc tasks.
Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong grammatical proficiency and attention to detail.
Candidates must also have proven time management skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree/Paralegal certificate and previous office experience with interest in family law is strongly preferred.
Position is based physically in-office.
Two year commitment strongly preferred.
Compensation commensurate with experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
