DescriptionOur team is looking to add a motivated Night Auditor to manage all aspects of front desk operations and be a key person of reference for our guests and vendors.
To be successful in this role, you will need to extend professionalism and courtesy, have outstanding communication skills, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This position may require flexible scheduling availability.

Check-in/Check-out hotel guestsProcess all payments according to established hotel requirementsProvide information and assistance to all guests and vendorsPrepares all necessary reports during each shift for the management teamJob
Qualifications:
Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessaryAbility to identify and correct potential security problems (locking doors after hours, etc)Ability to work alone and work well in stressful situations Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest serviceThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time.
The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors.
Island Hospitality is unable to guarantee a specific number of work hours per week.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
