00 an hour Duties - Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments - Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments - Maintain patient records and update information as necessary - Assist with medical billing and coding tasks - Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers - Ensure a clean and organized reception area Requirements - Proven experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role - Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures - Familiarity with electronic medical record systems (Advantx - nice to have) - Excellent administrative and organizational skills - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
