Are you passionate about water safety and teaching others the joy of swimming? Were looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as lifeguards and/or swim instructors at Dedham Health & Athletic Complex If you have a strong swimming background and love working with people of all ages, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Monitor swimming pool area to ensure safety of all patrons.
- Enforce pool rules and respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies.
- Provide high-quality swim instruction to individuals and groups of varying ages and skill levels.
- Develop lesson plans and activities to promote skill development and water safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized pool environment.
Requirements:
- Current lifeguard certification preferred but not required.
- Experience teaching swim lessons preferred, but not required.
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of swimming techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
