Event Dates & Times: (Times may change slightly!)
Friday, August 15th: 4:00pm-8:00pm (Times may change slightly!)
Saturday, August 16th: 6:30am-5:30pm (Times may change slightly!)
Sunday, August 17th: 6:30am-5:30pm (Times may change slightly!)
Event Location:
Dedham, MA 02026
Brand Ambassador Objectives:
Assist with set up & breakdown
Assist players with sporting equipment & uniform retrieval
Confidently approach event attendees
Distribute product literature
Deliver key messages
Maintain orderly and neat event area
Assist with break-down
Brand Ambassadors Must Be:
Must submit to a Full Background check.
18 years of age or older
Well-groomed & fit (no visible tattoos or facial piercings)
Articulate, polite & excited about working w/public
Prompt, responsible, & hard-working
Able to stand entire event
Comfortable working in cold inside environments
Able to get to event on own as transportation costs are NOT reimbursed
Experienced in working events & promotions
Brand Ambassador Compensation:
1) List All Contact Info (Name, Phone, Email Address, Your City/State/Zip Code, etc.)
2) List Height/Weight/Measurements/Shirt & Pant Size
3) List ALL Date(s)/Event(s) You Can Commit to Working
4) Submit 3-4 RECENT Face & Body Photos as .JPG or .GIF Attachments (at least one must be candid)
5) Send resume or List any promo/event experience
6) Will you submit to a full Background screening?
7) Bonus: Please list any experience working with kids & teens, etcteaching, coaching, camp counselor or at previous events! Also, list any experience with sports (especially hockey) & any experience with Photography/Videography!
8) Confirm independent-contractor status

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
