Senior Marketing Partner for Branch Digital Signage

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate and collaborative individual to join the Merchandising team. As a key member of the Brand team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the digital signage strategy for our retail branch channel. This will include working closely with internal partners and agencies to guide, develop and execute on content strategy, creative design, distribution, segmentation, targeting and measurement.

  • Develop and execute an integrated digital signage strategy.
  • Partner with agencies and vendors to develop messaging, creative executions, tactics and campaigns and that support the delivery of performance results for multiple business lines.
  • Write creative briefs that will bring engaging and meaningful marketing campaigns to life.
  • Manage the creative process including agency kick-off, stakeholder presentations, approvals, production and distribution.
  • Research, size, recommend and implement new digital signage capabilities, including internal communications and rates.
  • Partner with Technology Services and the Project Management Office to define the requirements and optimal network infrastructure to support our digital signage program, leveraging forward-thinking strategic planning to allow for future technological advancements and emerging digital capabilities.
  • Serve as primary liaison with Properties team to plan and execute digital signage programs and rollouts in existing, new and renovated branch locations.
  • Manage vendor contracts and monitor service level agreements, report and escalate issues, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor trends in retail marketing and digital signage; regularly identify opportunities to introduce innovative solutions and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with, engage and influence colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Partner with Digital and Social Media teams to identify and adapt content from other Citizens Bank assets into the retail branch to enhance the cross-channel customer experience.
  • Develop digital and print marketing creative that meets all risk, legal and compliance requirements as well as established brand guidelines.
  • Ensure high- quality production and on-time delivery of all digital creative and campaigns.
  • Oversee the annual Merchandising budget.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or equivalent
  • 8-10 years of related digital marketing, digital signage and/or agency experience required
  • Digital creative experience required
  • Print creative experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to design, build, lead and manage new technology-related programs or digital/online capabilities
  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that brand, channel, product and business priorities are met
  • Strong analytic mind combined with desire to measure programs and achieve business results
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to lead and manage agency relationships
  • Strong project management, organizational and presentation skills

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
