Digital Marketing and Sales Manager
Description
The Digital Marketing and Sales Manager for Consumer Lending is responsible for developing a differentiated, world class, online sales experience. This position will be responsible for the digital sales strategy, and will work closely with internal and external partners on planning and executing against an aggressive sales plan, including the delivery of digital application and customer experience enhancements.Primary responsibilities include:
Researching, analyzing, and executing tactics and strategies to increase online application start and completion rates, driving current customer cross sell and 'new to bank' customer acquisition
Partnering with Digital Marketing to drive online sales demand and developing a seamless transition from research and consideration to application starts
Leading large multi-department projects designed to provide an optimal online sales and research experience
Developing and maintaining online sales plans/forecasts, breakeven analysis, and channel performance metrics
Managing online testing and optimization in this space
Maximizing cost effective acquisition strategies within budget guidelines and profit goals
Performing competitive analysis, monitor competitive activity and react to online trends and create annual digital strategy roadmap
Performing project requirements gathering and definition through consultation with subject matter experts
Collaborating with external digital agency partners on a regular basis
Participating in business case development, writing, and delivery as well as ROI-projections
Presenting to senior leaders
Providing creative evaluation and adherence to brand standards/style guide maintenance
Supporting digital promotion and cross-sell strategies
Qualifications
Required Skills/
Experience:
- 5-7 years experience in digital sales and marketing
- Strong digital project management skills and the ability work in fast paced environment with competing priorities.
- Strong leadership and relationship building skills
- Meticulously detail oriented
- Organized, controlled, engaged, polished meeting management
- Persistent follow-through in project management
- Expandable capacity / excellent time management skills / ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to drive to show results that prove ROI to achieve greater funding
- User experience testing and optimization skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Above-average web knowledge/skills
- Experience with digital marketing tactics and tools.
Experience:
- Experience with Student Lending products
- Adobe web analytics
- Content management system experience and understanding
- Familiarization with digital technology and some HTML
Bachelors degree required; BA in Marketing or eCommerce preferred
Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
