Senior Content Creator

If you know how translate a business problem into content that provides value and helps people understand something better, we're looking for you.The SeniorContent Creator will develop assets for long-form articles,social media posts andpartner withinternal and external agency services to develop videos,infographics, and other forms of interactive content. Collaboration with the team's Strategists, SEO, and Social Media groups-as well as various cross-functional teams-will also be critical to ensure all efforts drive the strongest consumer discovery and engagement.This rolereports directly to the Head ofContent, and requires 7+years relevantexperience.Responsibilities: Partner closely with Content Creators and Community Managers to create best-in-class content that achieves the team's and bank's goals. Develop content with unique Citizens tone and perspective and maintain brand standards across all forms of content. Brainstorm content solutions with colleagues that match the briefs of internal partners and stakeholders. Create fresh, creative, long and short form content that provides value and unbiased knowledge to the audience. Own the creative management and organization of visual content, to ensure proper archiving within our internal Digital Asset Management system. Work with internal creative services and external agencies and specialized content partners to develop digital content in numerous formats (written, video, infographic, etc.) with a focus on empathy, personality, and a customer needs. Collaborate with Head of Content and Head of Content Experience to find opportunities to improve the visual elements within the Learning section by conducting site and content audits and competitive assessments. Proactively manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines. Stay up-to-date on best practices in the content marketing, design, and social space to increase reader engagement and time spent. Qualifications Required Skills/Experience: Strong creative portfolio of relevant samples required Degree in Design, Communications, or similar field, a combination of education and work experience, or equivalent professional experience 7+ years relevant experience in Content Strategy and Development, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field Skilled at using design to explain complex topics to varied audiences and create highly engaging experiences. Passionate about design, culture, and technology and their application to social media and content marketing. Keen attention to detail. Solid critical thinking, creative, and problem-solving skills, adding value through smart insights and empathy for the customer. Collaborative team player who is also comfortable working on their own. Strong time management and organizational skills. Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, MS Office, and with social media platforms. Illustration and motion graphic skills a plus. Familiar with basic HTML/HTML5/CSS, CMS platforms, and project management tools like Jira and Sprinklr. Job ID/ Req. Number1810350

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
