Let's connect.  We are looking for a Senior Designer who will design assets on Brand Marketing Team. This person will report to our Design Director as part of our newly created in-house agency.  The Full Time Designer is seamlessly able to transform the strategic opportunity into best-in-class creative that elevates our brand vision. Collaborate with copywriters and broader teams to deliver relevant experiences across platforms and branded experiences.  o The Senior Designer will create solutions that reinforce the Simple. Clear. Personal. brand platform at every touch point.  o Produce high quality visual and interactive campaigns, adding value to the click-through rate  o Work from agreed upon creative briefs with copywriter, director and/or project teams to develop and execute concepts for major financial products and marketing initiatives.  o Partner with creative, marketing and agency teams to deliver creative that maintains best possible user experience on strategy and on time.  o Understand competitive landscape, customer feedback, metrics to create user-centered design.  o Ability to create visual designs across a wide range of assets (including landing pages, web and mobile interfaces, Online Display Advertising, native ad units, social tiles, designing and implementing templates) that push the brand, evolve design guidelines and engage the consumer.  o Present to creative partners effectively and positively while communicating how the work will help achieve goals. Communicate concepts through sketches, diagrams, visual comps.  o Help Creative team workflow process run smoothly and finds innovative ways to enhance it.  o Develops and nurtures relationships with in-house agency colleagues--creative, account management, traffic --operating as a positive agent for improving internal communications and workflow.  Qualifications 8+ years print/ digital design experience in-house marketing and/or agency creative team, partnering with multiple internal / external teams required  Excellent creative conceptual portfolio.  Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.  Create, iterate and continually deliver design in a clean, concise, intuitive way that maintains brand standards, platform and graphic standards  Display rock-solid graphic design skills with an eye for typography, composition, layout, color, and pixel-level attention to detail.  Working knowledge of HTML and UX/UI.  Knowledge in design best practices for mobile, web, templates, style sheets and delivering clean and prepped files to developers.  Understanding A/B testing and Segmentation & Strategy and variable data.  Understanding photography select process, artistic cropping, minor retouching, and sharing assets through a content library system.  Educational, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials: Bachelor's degree in Design or similar field is preferred or relevant experience.  Job ID/ Req. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
